Product Description
ε-polylysine is a L-lysine polymer which is produced by fermentation with Streptomyces albulus and purified through ion exchange chromatography process. It is a natural food preservative with a broad antimicrobial spectrum. It can inhibit the growth of Gram(+) and Gram(-) bacteria, yeast, mold, and even virus.
